What products does Panjereh Asa Company produce?

The products of Asa Company include a complete basket of aluminum products with construction applications. Some of the products are defined and planned in the form of doors and windows, some in the form of facades and some in the form of complementary products. The products of this collection, with regard to various studies and special conditions of production and planning, are completed in two sections of production and services. We believe that services cover a wide range of production and implementation programs, and it is these services that drive quality growth and production development.

What are the features of Asa products?

In the design discussion, complete machines of reputable Italian companies are used and the selection of quality raw materials is done with high obsession. In the production process, in addition to careful monitoring performed by quality control experts, the German fully automatic line is used for better performance. Therefore, it can be said that one of the characteristics of Asa Company is the quality of its product and complementary services.

Explain the benefits of your aluminum facade, given the inclusion of window sets in facade projects.

Due to the increasing development of the country in quality construction and consequently the use of new construction materials, Asa Company has made significant progress in training, calculating, manufacturing and implementing various types of glass devices by training and developing its skilled personnel. Since in the implementation of a principled view, in addition to providing the opinion of the project designer, all the rules of structural calculations must be considered, so performing relevant static calculations and estimating the forces, pressures and live and dead loads on the facade is inevitable. In this regard, the engineering technical unit of Asa Company, while having its own experience and using advanced computing software, has used native engineers and experts from European and European countries to complete the principles and logic of the requirements used and execution. It should be noted that all work steps from design and calculation to full execution of the facade are performed under the full supervision of the technical unit of Asa Company to ensure the accurate and correct execution of the facade and the full function of the glass facade shell.

Given the various barriers to production, what problems do you face in this regard?

In my opinion, the problems of the industry can be examined from two perspectives, one from the macroeconomic dimension and the other from the technical point of view. From a macroeconomic point of view, the liquidity crisis is perhaps the most important problem facing the industry. When supply exceeds demand, the manufacturer uses various non-cash methods, including purity, to sell its product. From a technical point of view, one of the important issues is the lack of transparency in the supply of aluminum billets, which we hope will be followed up and taken decisively by the efforts and planning of the esteemed syndicate as the main trustee of protecting the rights of the aluminum industry.

Also, another problem that should not be ignored and in the not too distant future can destroy the confidence of consumers in aluminum, is the entry of inexperienced people and instant profits who have entered the field of production without the necessary skills or commitment and unfortunately stand on their own two feet. They make a producer; Many of whom have not been active in any of the related fields. The fate of the aluminum industry will not be very clear unless an immediate solution is foreseen.

What is your plan to attend the eighth exhibition of doors, windows and facades?

Sharing the future plans of the collection with our dear customers, representatives and colleagues is another reason for us to participate in the exhibition. At the exhibition, we introduce our new products and seek to establish reliable and complete cooperation to increase the capacity of sales and service networks throughout the country. The dynamics of the exhibition will help us to benefit from new ideas and ideas and help it in our production and planning. To participate in the 8th International Exhibition of Doors and Windows in Tehran, in addition to the various programs presented in the above, we are looking to create new partnerships to produce and supply quality products, which we hope will be successful.

How do you predict the future of the window and facade industry given the market ups and downs?

The future facing the industry is directly related to the future of the country's economy, as well as the performance of managers and thinkers in the syndicate and the association in, window and facade. Fortunately, given the economic plan presented by the government, improving the business situation and, consequently, improving the state of the industry is not far-fetched, but from a managerial point of view, it all comes down to collective will, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation. Given the multi-year recession in the market, it seems that the market is opening up and changing, and the demand for construction products, especially quality products, is increasing. Planning, cooperating in the proper implementation of private and public sector projects and creating synergies, will make industrial development less damaged even in times of recession and move towards growth.

Can associations and trade unions play a role in improving the current situation?

The management firm believes that associations and trade unions play a very important role in improving the current situation. In the last one year, the Association of Doors, Windows, Facades and Related Industries of Iran and the Syndicate have taken very constructive and effective measures for the growth and improvement of the aluminum industry, which provides the platform for us to see more practical measures to solve problems in the future. . Conducting various technical and specialized conferences and meetings and examining the challenges facing the industry in various dimensions were effective measures that are not hidden from anyone, but achieving results and achieving success is achieved through the empathy and compliance of all members.

Growth and development in any industry requires the use of up-to-date knowledge and of course creativity and innovation based on market needs. Asa's R&D unit strives to prepare and supply its products in terms of design and compliance with international standards. After selling the products, this unit also ensures the quality of the installed products by making contacts and conducting periodic inspections and ensuring its compliance with the real needs of the consumers.
